Barba aromatic salt makersIn every glass of Barba Salt, there's love for good food. The basic ingredient that gives it a hint of history, culture and quality, is the traditional salt from Slovene salt pans, and fleur the sel, also called white gold at the coast. We flavour the salt with natural, mostly local ingredients, and mix it by hand. Barba salt can be an independent spice or used in combinations, following inspiration; in cold and warm dishes and even desserts.
